Greetings Cards

All the images you can see on this website are available as handmade, blank cards, in two sizes: 10 x 15 cms (4x6”) and 12.8 x 16cms (5x7”), suitable for any occasion.  Both sizes come in ivory or white.  Smaller cards cost £2 and larger ones £2.50 with discounts for larger orders.

For example:

• 10 small cards @ £2 each reduced from £20 to £18 + postage and packing (First Class £2.16/Second Class £1.92)

• 10 large cards reduced from £25 to £23 + postage and packing (First Class £3.40/Second Class £3.08)

Desk Calendars

I was asked to create a small, free-standing desk calendar using my original photographs back in 2014.  The request came from the church office and the idea was to sell it with profits going towards St Peter & St Paul, Great Missenden.  I had thought – initially – that the request was for a single image to contribute to a collection of photographs taken by members of the congregation, to be made into a calendar.  When it was explained that the hope might be that I would supply all 12 photographs, I was amazed.  What an opportunity!  In addition, I had a chance to select an image for the front cover and one for the back.

I was able to interpret this request in my own way and decided to select an image taken in the month it would represent.  I also wanted to add a quotation, from a recognised writer, that would add to the image in some way, to deepen its impact or to take thinking in a different direction.

Producing the calendar each year is a challenge but one I love.  Those on the receiving end seem to appreciate it too.  Some friends tell me that they find it calming, others that they feel a real sense of anticipation as one month gives way to the next and they wait for the new image and the new words.  If nothing else, it’s a useful item to have next to your PC.  Made of rigid Perspex, it measures 12.5cms x 14cms. (5x5.5”)

Recycled Framed Photos
